Filling the Gap: Our students have regular access to full meals when they come to THE HUB. Experts come in and teach students how to create healthy meals, even on a smaller budget, and other nutrition facts that they can practice in their homes. PROPEL aims to help students create healthy habits that they can establish in their lives.

BAM – Body and Mind Recreation: Fitness guru’s in the community work with our students providing exercise education and physical training through sports, weight lifting, and team activities. These techniques allow students to learn alternate and exciting ways to maintain healthy habits.

Fine Arts: The arts are a great way to stimulate the mind and escape from the everyday scene. Students learn to express themselves in outlets ranging from dance to accumulative sculpture pieces.
